Automotive Sales Associate Responsibilities include:

• Building rapport with a variety of customers and determining their vehicle needs
• Comprehensive product knowledge
• Managing effective customer test drives
• Completing quotes and explaining finance options
• Be able to complete a car deal from start to finish under the direction of the sales manager
• Following up with prospective and existing customers

Automotive Sales Associate Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Personal commitment to a career in the auto industry
• An outgoing friendly personality with expertise at developing relationships
• The ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• A valid drivers license and clean driving record

Compensation: This is a 3-month base training salary commission position with more than average compensation

Supplemental pay types:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• No nights
• Weekends as needed

• Dickinson ND: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
