Sales BDC Representative

Advantage Dealer Group is seeking an energetic customer-focused Sales BDC Representative to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in driving sales opportunities by connecting with customers responding to inquiries and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

• Respond promptly to internet leads phone calls text messages and online inquiries
• Engage prospective customers and answer questions regarding vehicle availability and features
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments
• Follow up with unsold prospects and previous customers
• Maintain detailed customer records in the CRM
• Support dealership marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
• Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly performance goals
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through appointment arrival

• Previous automotive BDC call center customer service or sales experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers
• Proficient with computers and CRM systems
