• Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio including membership sales retail sales and maximizing workout traffic.
• Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.
• Responds immediately to member requests inquiries and concerns.
• Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly positive experience at the Body20 studio.
• Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.
• Work hand-in-hand with our instructors to guide potential members through their first Body20 workout.
• Handle member concerns professionally and objectively with the goal of resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events
• Maintains an organized and clean lobby & front desk at all times
• Keep up with studio cleaning checklists
• Responsible for attending and participating in all relative BODY20 training programs
  
  

• Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic energetic personable and friendly
