Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate you will be the face of our company providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment.

In this role you will work closely with customers to understand their needs recommend products and facilitate transactions. • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash credit and other payment methods
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
• Answer customer inquiries about products loans and services
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Stay informed about current promotions and product knowledge
• Adhere to all company policies and security procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No prior sales experience required; entry level position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Willingness to learn about pawn shop operations and financial services
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
