What Youll Do:

• Greet walk-in customers and respond to internet and phone leads
• Build rapport and guide customers through the buying process
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
• Match customers with the right vehicle features and financing options
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets
• Follow up with prospects to close deals and generate repeat/referral business
• Stay knowledgeable on Ford products and current incentives

What Were Looking For:

• Sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus not required)
• Competitive self-driven mindset with a strong desire to earn
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
