As a Sales Associate youll play a key role in guiding prospective buyers through the stages of the homebuying journey while gaining hands-on experience in new home sales.

As a Sales Associate you will support the sales process from first customer interaction through closing while assisting the Sales Professional in delivering an exceptional homebuying experience.

• Support the new home sales process from initial customer interaction through closing partnering closely with the Sales Professional

• Engage and guide prospective buyers through community tours home features and the stages of the homebuying journey

• Assist with contract preparation documentation and coordination of pre-construction loan and closing activities
• Build relationships with real estate agents and prospects while actively supporting marketing and lead generation efforts
• Monitor model homes inventory and market competition to ensure quality presentation and maintain a competitive edge

• Previous sales experience preferred

• High School Diploma Required Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proactive self-motivated and customer-focused mindset
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working weekends (Saturday and Sunday required)
