• Meet Homeowners & Provide Estimates Conduct on-site visits in Douglas County and Southern Denver Metro take measurements/photos and prepare proposals using estimating software.
  
  
• Sell & Book Jobs Present estimates highlight our value and close the sale.
  
  
• Maintain Profitability Sell jobs at or above the companys target gross profit to meet profitability goals.
  
  
• Cultivate Referral Partners Build relationships with Realtors property managers and local business owners to grow sales faster.
  
  
• Manage Communication Handle customer questions concerns warranty issues and follow-ups with professionalism.
  
  
• Collaborate with the Team Work closely with office and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.
  
  

• Location: Must live in or around Douglas County CO.
  
  
• Valid Drivers License & Reliable Transportation Travel to job sites is required.
  
  
• Sales-Driven & Results-Oriented Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  
  
• Strong Negotiation & Problem-Solving Skills Ability to address concerns and find win-win solutions.
  
  
• Excellent Communication Skills Build trust quickly with customers and referral partners.
  
  
• Tech-Savvy & Organized Comfortable with CRM systems estimating software and Microsoft Office.
  
  
• Preferred Experience Home improvement construction sales remodeling or project management background.
