As Sales Associate you will embrace and promote the Frontgate brand deliveringan outstandingguest experience and performing operational responsibilities to increase sales and deliver an inspiring shopping experience in which our guest feels inspired and empowered to customize their space.

This role isonsiteand will require you to work from ourWest Chester OH location daily. Relocationassistanceis not available for this role.
WhatYoullDo
Achieve sales following daily weeklymonthlyand quarterly goals for the store
Helpmaintaina clean organized and easy-to-shop sales floor
Deliver excellent guest service by promoting an environment that is helpful knowledgeable and efficient for guests and team members
Provide guests withaccurateand efficient service to educate them on the products and services available through Frontgate.
WhatYoullBring
2 years of specialty retail sales experience
Proficiencyusing Microsoft Word Excel (canmaintaincomplex spreadsheets) Outlook Kronos and POS systems andpreviouscash handling
Ability to lift and mobilize medium tolarge items up to 50lbs
Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
Additionalphysical requirements may bei.e.climbing ladders.
