Sales Associate (Front Desk Membership Sales)

StretchLab is seeking a motivated friendly and sales-driven Sales Associate to help grow our Torrance studio. We help people move better feel better and live better through one-on-one assisted stretching and were looking for someone who enjoys working with people and creating a great first impression.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in sales strong in customer service and excited to be part of a fun energetic wellness environment.

• $18$22 per hour based on experience

• Commission on membership sales

• Performance bonuses

• Greet and engage members and guests in a professional upbeat way

• Generate leads follow up with prospects and support membership sales

• Provide information and help convert prospects into members

• Answer membership questions and book appointments

• Support retention by delivering excellent customer service

• Assist with opening/closing tasks and studio cleanliness

• Participate in local community outreach and events

• Strong communication and people skills

• Sales-minded and goal-oriented

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Organized reliable and coachable

• Professional phone in-person and email communication

• Basic computer skills; ClubReady experience is a plus

• Prior sales front desk fitness or wellness experience preferred
