Sales Associate

We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our team! The right person will have experience selling and must love working with people.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs

• Achieving monthly goals and objectives defined by the sales manager

• Explaining product performance to prospects and describing optional equipment available for purchase. Determine each customers needs by asking questions and listening

• Review and analyze actions on regular basis to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively

• Offering test drives to prospects and obtaining proper identification prior to test drive

Requirements:

• Automotive sales background preferred

• Excellent customer service organizational and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Strong written and communication skills

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

• Able to pass background check and drug test
