Responsibilities:
Assisting customers answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs
Achieving monthly goals and objectives defined by the sales manager
Explaining product performance to prospects and describing optional equipment available for purchase. Determine each customers needs by asking questions and listening
Review and analyze actions on regular basis to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
Offering test drives to prospects and obtaining proper identification prior to test drive
Requirements:
Automotive sales background preferred
Excellent customer service organizational and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Strong written and communication skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Able to pass background check and drug test
