We are seeking a Sales Associate that is energetic kind and sales driven. We are a membership-based spa that offers massages and facials at an affordable rate.
We compensate $17/hour and $10 in commission for every membership sold. Commission can make up between $100-$200 extra per pay check.
We are seeking individuals that have open availability and have a drive to work. We have between 30 and 40 hours available for this position.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Provide excellent customer service to members/guests Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival and suggest applicable and relevant upgrades. Answer phones book appointments sell memberships gift cards and upgrades Meet weekly monthly and quarterly sales quotas Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance Positive energetic attitude Retail/Sales Experience Preferred Computer knowledge Perform various other duties as assigned
