Sales Associate (Business Development)
This role is responsible for recruiting new janitorial customers for our franchise owners. The right candidate should be a self-starter who is comfortable generating and managing opportunities attending sales appointments and closing recurring service contracts.
Schedule:9am-5pm Mon-Fri
Pay Scale:$40-$50k / year based on XP plus commissions. Sales Reps usually make a total of $70 - $80k with their commission structure at their current closing rate of 30%.
Ideal Candidate:Open to hiring outside of the janitorial industry. Candidates must be strong at outside sales cold calling and generating their own leads. Sales Associates are also given leads (about 30-40 leads per month) and expected to convert to 80 appointments per month.
Experience with cold calling proposal follow-up and closing deals is important. Candidates with facilities building services or B2B service sales experience would be especially strong fits.
