• Apply proven sales and marketing strategies to generate awareness cultivate and qualify leads and execute effective follow-up activities
• Deliver compelling presentations and convert qualified prospects into residents while meeting or exceeding occupancy goals
• Assist in developing and executing quarterly marketing and advertising strategies to support occupancy and growth objectives
• Promote the community and its services through effective discovery presentation and consultative closing techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to coordinate and ensure a seamless resident move-in experience
• Support annual and monthly departmental budget goals through ongoing communication and collaboration with leadership

What Youll need:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
• Bachelors degree (preferred)
• 1 years of marketing experience in assisted living independent living memory care or 55 communities
• 1 years of direct face-to-face sales experience in assisted living independent living memory care or 55 communities
• 1 years of experience conducting tours in assisted living independent living memory care or 55 communities
• Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office and social media platforms
