Job Summary/Description:

WIS-TV is seeking a Sales Assistant to help us meet and exceed our revenue goals. The candidate must be a team player culture-focused detail-oriented professional and able to regularly work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to) the following:

• Respond to emails phone calls and other forms of correspondence
• Book and manage orders TV and Digital
• Make PowerPoint presentations for sales staff
• Assist WIS Sales team with a variety of strategic and administrative tasks

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Word PowerPoint and Excel.

• Previous experience supporting local media sales especially knowledge of Wide Orbit is a plus.

• The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a positive attitude strong interpersonal skills and eager to learn.

• This position requires professional customer service data entry and clerical support to the WIS Sales staff with occasional requirements outside of regular business hours.

• The WIS Sales Assistant reports to WIS Sales Management
