• Support the Sales Manager in leading coaching and motivating the front desk team
  
  
• Drive membership sales rebooking and service upgrades through strong coaching and daily performance management
  
  
• Monitor KPI trends and help implement strategies to improve results
  
  
• Ensure exceptional guest experience from checkin to checkout
  
  
• Assist with scheduling for front desk staff massage therapists and estheticians
  
  
• Maintain a polished organized and efficient frontofhouse environment
  
  
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
  
  
• Support daily operations including opening/closing procedures and spa standards
  
  

• 12 years of experience in sales hospitality retail or customerservice leadership
  
  
• Strong communication and peoplemanagement skills
  
  
• Comfortable working with KPIs sales goals and performance metrics
  
  
• High level of professionalism reliability and integrity
  
  
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced guestfocused environment
  
  
• Experience in membershipbased or servicedriven businesses is a plus
