Looking for a Flexible Part-Time Opportunity
The Exterior Company (TEC) is hiring energetic Sales Assistants for our Lancaster PA office. This position offers flexible afternoon and evening scheduling making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to supplement their income while developing valuable communication and sales skills.
As a Sales Assistant youll meet homeowners in local neighborhoods introduce our free roofing and exterior inspections and schedule appointments for our experienced sales consultants.
What Youll Be Doing
- Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners about their roofing and exterior improvement needs
- Schedule free roof and exterior inspections
- Educate homeowners about storm damage aging roofs and available exterior solutions
- Support experienced sales consultants by generating qualified appointments
- Track daily activity using simple reporting tools
- Represent The Exterior Company professionally within the community
- Develop communication networking and sales skills that can lead to future advancement opportunities
Flexible Schedule
- Four-hour afternoon and/or evening shifts
- Required four-hour shift every Saturday
- Flexible weekday scheduling
Paid Training
We invest in your success.
- Six-week paid training program
- Earn $500 per week during training
- One-on-one coaching and mentorship
- Ongoing professional development
Compensation
Training Pay Unlimited Commission Opportunity
- Earn $500 per week for your first six weeks of training
- After successfully completing training transition to a 100% commission-based compensation plan
- Uncapped earning potential
- High performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more based on effort and results
