Greeter / New Vehicle Delivery Coordinator

$15-$18/hour

Those with experience in customer service hospitality and retail sales are encouraged to apply.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers as they arrive and directing them to the appropriate sales or service staff.
• Coordinating the scheduling and preparation of new vehicle deliveries.
• Inspecting vehicles before delivery to ensure they are clean fueled and ready.
• Explaining vehicle features controls infotainment systems and basic maintenance to new owners.
• Pairing customers phones with the vehicles Bluetooth and helping set up technology features.
• Completing delivery paperwork and ensuring all required documents are signed.
• Following up with customers after delivery to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Working closely with the sales finance service and detailing departments to ensure a smooth delivery process.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service or hospitality experience is often preferred
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Willingness to learn vehicle features and dealership software
