Positions Were Hiring For:

Sales Associate - $75k-$100k - Sales Associates guide customers through the RV buying process from needs assessment to delivery.

• Have experience inretail automotive real estate furniture or commission-based sales
• Aremotivated goal-driven and comfortable working toward commission-based earnings
• Enjoy building relationships and delivering a strong customer experience
• Communicate confidently and enjoy helping customers make big-ticket purchasing decisions
• Are organized dependable and able to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process
• Are open to training and coaching no RV experience required

Ideal candidates are motivated customer-focused and enjoy building relationships while helping families create lasting memories. This position is also a great fit for career-changers or those coming from hospitality customer service or inside sales roles who want to move into a higher-earning relationship-driven sales career.

Parts Advisor $14-$18/hourlySupport our service department by ordering receiving and distributing parts to technicians and customers. This role is critical to keeping our service operations running efficiently and customers on the road.

• Has experience in parts automotive RV retail warehouse or customer service roles (experience preferred but not required)
• Is organized and detail-oriented with strong inventory and paperwork accuracy
• Communicates clearly with technicians vendors and customers
• Is comfortable using computer systems and inventory software (DMS experience a plus)
• Can multitask in a fast-paced service environment
• Is dependable punctual and works well as part of a team
• Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

This position is a great fit for individuals with backgrounds in automotive parts retail parts counters warehouse operations service support roles or customer service as well as those looking to grow within a dealership environment.

Service Advisor - $70k - This role plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience while driving service department success. This position serves as the primary liaison between customers and technicians ensuring clear communication accurate service recommendations and efficient workflow.

We are looking for a sales-minded professional who can confidently guide customers through their service needs identify additional opportunities and handle challenging situations with professionalism and care.
