You will create adelightful andinspiring shopping experiencefor guests at the Garnet Hill retail store where visitors cantouchfeelandpurchaseour womens apparel and products for the home made from natures finest fibersincludingcashmerelinenand organic cotton. As theSales/Receiving Leadyou will focus on the operational activities that grow the business. You willalsopromote theGarnetHillbrand at every guest encounter and ensure youexemplify thebrandsvalues standards and experiences.
This position will report to the Store Manager.
Where Youll Work
This role isonsiteand will require you to work from our Dedham MA. location daily. Relocationassistanceis not available for this role
What Youll Do
Ownership ofmerchandise flow processes including inspecting and receiving new merchandiseentering data into inventory managementsystemand stockroom organization.
Partnering with Garnet Hill Corporateoverseeinventory levels ensuring that the storeis adequately stocked with the correct product.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkageand ensure inventory accuracy
Activelyparticipatesas floor service leader byfacilitatingan energized pace positive service environment communication of daily sales goals and key metricsthat drives store demand
Assure all areasof the storemeet companysafetystandards of cleanliness andprovide asafe workand shoppingenvironment.
Support and improve retail sales and profitability by creating the most amazing place to work and shop by deliveringexceptionalguest experience.
What Youll Bring
1-2years of shipping and receiving management experience inaspecialty retailindustry preferred
Availability toworka flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
Proficiencyusing Microsoft Word ExcelOutlook and POS systems.
Ability to be mobile on thesales floorand stockroomfor an extendedperiod of time.
Ability to lift and mobilize medium tolarge items up to 50 lbs.
The successful candidate must be a dynamic leader strategic thinker and highly motivated.
