• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to new and existing leads
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries with a strong focus on speed-to-lead
• Book free trials and performance assessments
• Conduct athlete and adult performance assessments
• Recommend the appropriate membership and personal training solution based on goals
• Close memberships and high-ticket personal training packages both over the phone and in person
• Follow up consistently with prospects through the sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and client communication
• Build relationships with members and prospects to maximize retention and referrals
• Assist with community outreach and lead generation events as needed

• Fitness sales experience required (gym memberships personal training wellness or related industry)
• Experience selling personal training packages or high-ticket fitness services strongly preferred
• Comfortable making 75-100 outbound calls daily
• Proven ability to close sales both over the phone and face-to-face
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High-energy self-motivated and competitive personality
• Passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals

• Personal Trainer Certification preferred
• Experience conducting fitness or performance assessments
• Experience coaching youth athletes or adults in a group setting

• Booking 20 assessments per week
• Maintaining a high assessment show rate
• Closing memberships at a high conversion rate
• Consistently selling personal training packages
• Delivering an exceptional athlete experience that creates long-term members
