What youll do
- Own the front counter: greet customers write repair orders and guide them from estimate to invoice
- Recommend and sell maintenance repair and tire work clearly honestly confidently
- Translate technician findings into recommendations customers understand and approve
- Coordinate with techs to keep the shop schedule moving and promises kept
- Keep the front desk sharp organized and professional
What you bring
- Experience in automotive service writing parts counter or a customer-facing sales role (strongly preferred but well train the right closer)
- Basic automotive knowledge and real interest in the industry
- Strong communicator who can juggle phones walk-ins and a full schedule board
- Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and digital inspection tools
- Valid drivers license
