The Sales Administrator-CPG/Foodservice supports CPG and Foodservice customers by keeping orders accurate and moving from entry through delivery. The role exists to protect service levels pricing accuracy and customer satisfaction while partnering closely with Sales Demand and Logistics.

Key responsibilities include order entry and follow-through; reviewing inventory; monitoring promotional allowances and pricing; responding to customer questions; processing complaints and documenting resolution; and coordinating with internal teams brokers and customer portals.

Required qualifications/skills:

• Associates degree and/or 3 years in customer service order management sales support or related work
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional accurate documentation
• Solid math skills for invoices pricing payments and inventory
• Proficient in Outlook Word and Excel; comfortable with databases
• Preferred: EDI/customer portals ERP experience and Lean tools

You start between 74 or 85 check messages and confirm what needs attention first. The morning is steady: you update order details track where shipments are and make sure pricing and promo details line up. Midday youre on quick calls or emails to clear up questions and keep customers informed. You switch between Outlook and spreadsheets to keep notes clean and timelines visible. Later you follow up on open issues and close the loop with the right internal contacts so nothing stalls. The day ends with a clear handoff list for whats next.

Pay Information

Salary Range: $22.74 to $31.82/hr.

Target Starting Range: $22.74 to $24.04/hr.

This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this positions grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors such as experience and if applicable location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
