Sales Administrative Support

We are seeking a Sales Operations Assistantto work on sales opportunities. This role will focus on clerical documentation and reporting tasks ensuring smooth operations timely deliverables and accurate recordkeeping.

This full-time position is ideal for someone who is highly organized detail-oriented and eager to gain hands-on experience across sales operations and financial processes. An interest in global collaboration and occasional travelis encouraged as you may support international colleagues and projects.

Sales Support

• Maintain and update Hubspot CRM records (contacts opportunities pipeline stages etc.)

• Assist in preparing sales proposals RFP responses and supporting documentation

• Support in using Hubspotto maintain and update sales dashboards and reports

• Track and follow up on outstanding quotes renewals and customer legal documentation

• Assist the sales team in developing and improving processes including building templates for contracts

• Any experience with SAP and or willingness to learn about data migration processes would be an advantage

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in an administrative (sales/project support preferred)

• High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) is required

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) is a plus

• Experience supporting documentation processes such as RFPs contracts or change requests is a plus

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BIpreferred

• Ability to be client-facing and manage client expectations professionally

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive dependable and team-oriented mindset

• Interest in global business and willingness to travel as opportunities arise
