HazTek is hiring an experienced Safety Specialist in Fairless Hills PAto support our growing commercial construction projects. If youre passionate about making an impact driving compliance and building a culture where every worker goes home safe we want you on our team.

  • Oversee daily site safety activities and promote a strong safety culture
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and site-specific safety requirements
  • Conduct safety audits inspections orientations and toolbox talks
  • Support subcontractor oversight and safe work practices in the field
  • Assist with incident reporting investigations and corrective action follow-up
  • Monitor high-risk activities including electrical work and other data center construction hazards
Qualifications
  • OSHA 510 required NFPA 70e highly preferred
  • 5 years of construction safety experience preferred
  • Data center and/or electrical construction experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working on large commercial or mission-critical construction projects
  • Strong understanding of OSHA 1926 standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced union jobsite environment
  • Excellent verbal and written skills

Overtime expected including 9-hour days most Saturdays and occasional Sundays
