As a Project Safety Specialist in Berwick PA youll lead the charge in building a culture where safety is more than a priority its a core value. Youll ensure best practices are implemented compliance standards are met and every team member goes home safe each day.

• Perform daily site safety inspections and audits.
• Monitor construction activities for compliance with safety requirements.
• Identify hazards and help implement corrective actions.
• Support incident prevention through field presence and safety coaching.
• Participate in safety meetings and project coordination activities.

• 5 years of construction safety experience.
• Knowledge of excavation steel erection rigging concrete fall protection and electrical construction.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable using computers and project management software.
• Ability to walk a large active construction site daily.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
