Safety Manager Safety Specialist

• Manage daily safety operations and ensure compliance with OSHA company and project-specific safety standards.
• Conduct job site safety inspections audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop implement and maintain safety policies procedures and training programs.
• Lead safety meetings toolbox talks and employee safety training sessions.
• Investigate incidents near misses and accidents; prepare reports and recommend preventive measures.
• Monitor compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) site safety rules and safe work practices.
• Collaborate with project managers contractors and field teams to promote a strong safety culture.
• Maintain safety documentation records and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Support emergency response planning and safety improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Must hold at least one of the following certifications issued by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP):

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
• Associate Safety Professional (ASP)
• Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST)

• Proven experience as a Safety Manager Safety Specialist or similar role in construction installation manufacturing or industrial project environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale construction installation or industrial projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
• Experience working with contractors and multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
