SAFETY MANAGER HOMEOWNERSHIP ASSISTANCE BONUS PROGRAM DIRECT HIRE RENO NV
Looking for a long-term career opportunity with a respected contractor strong leadership support and real investment in your future Were seeking a Safety Manager to support multiple commercial and industrial concrete construction projects throughout the Reno market including major slab and data center projects.
This is a highly field-focused role with minimal office time. Youll spend your days where safety matters most working directly with crews superintendents and project leadership to drive safe operations and strengthen an already established safety culture.
Location: Reno NV (Multiple Reno-Area Projects)

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: $90000 - $125000
Bonus Program: Performance-Based Mid-Year & Year-End Bonuses
Homeownership Assistance: Up to $20000 in Down Payment Support
Company Vehicle & Gas Card Provided
Relocation Assistance: Up to $2000
Schedule: Salaried Exempt (Approx. 50 Hours/Week)

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Provide safety leadership across multiple active concrete construction projects throughout the Reno market
Conduct daily site walks inspections audits and hazard assessments
Maintain a visible field presence and build strong relationships with craft workers and supervisors
Support forming finishing tilt-up cast-in-place and large-scale slab operations
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations
Investigate incidents identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Partner with project teams to proactively address hazards before incidents occur

WHAT YOU NEED
OSHA 500 or OSHA 510 Certification Required
Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
Bilingual English/Spanish Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to influence crews through coaching and leadership not enforcement alone

IDEAL BACKGROUND
Commercial or industrial concrete construction safety experience
Data center project experience
BCSP Certification (CHST or higher strongly preferred)
