Safety Manager (Consulting)

Position Summary

D2C Safety Solutions is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to support and lead safety initiatives across our client project site in Fayetteville GA. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations implementing site-specific safety programs and promoting a proactive safety culture across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop implement and enforce comprehensive safety programs in compliance with OSHA standards and client requirements
  
• Conduct job site safety inspections audits and risk assessments
  
• Lead safety orientations toolbox talks and ongoing safety training programs
  
• Serve as an on-site safety leader and liaison between D2C clients and regulatory agencies
  
• Investigate incidents near-misses and injuries; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  
• Maintain accurate documentation including safety logs incident reports and compliance records
  
• Ensure proper use inspection and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  
• Support project teams in hazard identification and mitigation planning
  
• Assist in developing site-specific safety plans (SSSPs) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
  
• Participate in OSHA inspections and audits as required
  
• Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture across all levels of the workforce
  

Required Qualifications

• CHST - REQUIRED
• OSHA 510 REQUIRED
  
• Minimum 35 years of construction or industrial safety experience
  
• First Aid/CPR certification
  
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1926 and/or 1910)
  
• Experience conducting safety training and leading safety meetings
  
• Ability to travel extensively and work across multiple job sites nationwide
  
• Strong communication leadership and organizational skills
  
• Valid drivers license
  

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA500
  
• Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Science or related field
  
• Experience in multi-site or traveling safety roles
  

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Active construction and industrial job sites
  
• Ability to walk climb bend and lift up to 50 lbs
  
• Exposure to varying weather and site conditions
