Safety Manager Bilingual in Korean

• Develop implement and monitor workplace safety programs and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Investigate workplace incidents accidents and near-miss events and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors.
• Support emergency preparedness planning evacuation procedures and safety drills.
• Maintain safety records reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with management and operational teams to promote continuous safety improvements.
• Monitor contractor safety compliance and ensure adherence to site-specific safety requirements.
• Prepare and present safety performance reports to leadership

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 23 years of experience in Safety Management Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Occupational Safety or a related field.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Experience conducting safety audits inspections incident investigations and corrective action planning.
• Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
• OSHA 30 a must
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in manufacturing logistics warehouse construction or industrial environments.
• First Aid/CPR or other safety-related certifications preferred.
• Experience leading safety training and employee engagement programs.
• Bilingual Korean/English is a plus.
