MV Transportation is seeking an experiencedSafety Managerto lead safety compliance and training initiatives while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a safety professional who is passionate about developing employees reducing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance in a fast-paced transportation environment.

What Youll Do

• Lead the divisions safety training and compliance programs.
• Ensure compliance with DOT FMCSA OSHA EPA client and company requirements.
• Manage DriveCam/Lytx events coaching safety metrics and corrective actions.
• Conduct accident investigations safety audits and regulatory reporting.
• Deliver classroom behind-the-wheel refresher and remedial training.
• Monitor employee qualifications licensing certifications and required training.
• Partner with Operations and Maintenance to improve safety performance and reduce risk.
• Coach and develop employees while promoting a proactive safety culture.

What Were Looking For

• Five (5) years of transportation safety compliance training or operations leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of DOT FMCSA OSHA and transportation regulations.
• Experience conducting accident investigations employee coaching and regulatory audits.
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with DriveCam/Lytx or similar safety systems preferred.
• Transit paratransit or commercial transportation experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license with a driving record that meets MV Transportation standards.

• Valid drivers license with a driving record that meets MV Transportation standards.
