Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesMonitor and analyze safety performance metricsPromote a safe work culture within a high-paced manufacturing environmentCoordinate emergency response plans and safety drillsMaintain safety documentation and reportsInvestigate incident and accidents and assist in creating countermeasures to prevent reoccurrenceProvide safety training and certifications to team members Conduct regular safety inspections and auditsDevelop and implement safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications3-5 years safety experience in manufacturing or construction settingExperience in hazard identification risk assessment regulatory compliance and abatementStrong communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office 365 safety management software and toolsMust pass any drug screens background checks and any pre-employment tests which will be conducted in accordance with applicable QualificationsBachelors degree in occupational health and safety or related fieldCertification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician CSHO (Certified Safety and Health Official)Bilingual English/ Spanish is Aid/CPR trainer certification is a Skills Abilities & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical to work in a high-stress -oriented and able to work approach to resolving issues impacting various groups across the to understand processes (system and non-system) troubleshoot develop and recommend working in a dynamic environment and be a self-motivated team knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and Microsoft ConditionsManufacturing/factory environment.
