Role Summary
Keystone Automotive Operations Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety and Loss Prevention Manager for our Exeter PA this leadership role you will oversee all safety compliance and loss prevention efforts for the distribution center and associate cross-docks helping to maintain a safe secure and compliant work environment. This position also includes supervising assigned staff in support of a strong culture of safety and security throughout the operation.

Role Summary
Keystone Automotive Operations Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety and Loss Prevention Manager for our Exeter PA this leadership role you will oversee all safety compliance and loss prevention efforts for the distribution center and associate cross-docks helping to maintain a safe secure and compliant work environment. This position also includes supervising assigned staff in support of a strong culture of safety and security throughout the operation.
Essential Job Duties
- Develop and maintain safety programs to prevent OSHA recordable incidents and train employees.
- Conduct regularly occurring safety meetings.
- Conduct regularly scheduled safety inspections.
- Evaluate and maintain compliance with safety regulations for government agencies.
- Investigate and follow up on safety and theft-related incidents.
- Ensure employees complete compliance training.
- Comply with all safety standards and requirements to ensure a safe and hazard-free workplace
- Assume other duties as assigned.
- Lead the work of others who perform essentially the same work.
- May set priorities schedule and review work but have no responsibility to hire terminate review performance and/or make pay decisions.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 5 years of experience in loss prevention or a safety-related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint to support business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree.
- Certified power equipment trainer.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Must not have any lifting restrictions able to move/lift up to 75 pounds
- Must not be afraid of heights able to regularly climb ladders stairs and withstand heights of more than 15 feet.
- This position requires periodic travel including overnight stays.
