Safe Truck Parking Yard Attendant

The Parking Yard Attendant maintains the cleanliness of the lot and facilities. The Parking Attendantmaintains a secure watch over the lot and ensures that Safe Truck Parking guidelines for allowable activities are being followed by the customers. This positionis ideal for someone who is active and enjoys working outside in all weather conditions.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Ensures that security measures are in place and functional Monitors and enforces parking lot rules
• Routinely removes trash and debris from the lot and cleans facilities as needed.
• Provides excellent service to customers as needed
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor
• Must be able to perform basic computer skills
• Positive attitude/high integrity Able to operate equipment connected with maintaining the lot and facilities
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supports yard manager

Required Experience:

• High School Degree (GED) some college preferred
• Excellent communication skills -- verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Pay $18.00 - $21.00
