Ancira RV in Boerne TX is hiring Experienced RV Sales Professionals to join our high-performing team. This is an immediate opening for motivated career-driven individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a competitive sales environment.

Retail RV sales experience is preferred; however experienced sales professionals are encouraged to apply. Youll be working alongside a knowledgeable results-driven team committed to remaining a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the RV buying process from initial inquiry to final sale
• Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Maintain product knowledge of RV models features and financing options
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Ensure a professional positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Accurately complete sales documentation and comply with dealership policies

Qualifications

• Previous RV ormotorhome sales experience preferred
• Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving history
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass background evaluation and random drug testing
