Guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases theyll makean RV that helps them create lasting memories and new adventures.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have a background in sales hospitality customer service or another people-focused role
• Are outgoing motivated and comfortable connecting with customers
• Have strong phone skills and are confident making calls following up with leads and building relationships
• Have an active social media presence and are comfortable using social platforms to showcase inventory engage potential customers and generate interest
• Enjoy working toward goals in a commission-based environment
• Are comfortable using email and CRM tools to manage and follow up with customers
• Communicate confidently and know how to create an exceptional customer experience
• Have a passion for helping people find the right solution

RV sales experience is helpful but a positive attitude strong work ethic and proven ability to connect with customers can be just as valuable.

Experienced RV Technicians $22$30 Per Hour Plus Production Bonuses

Bring your technical experience to a growing organization where your skills productivity and quality of work are valued. Our RV Technicians diagnose repair and maintain a wide variety of RV systems helping our customers get safely back on the road and ready for their next adventure.

We are especially interested in meeting experienced RV Technicians who are ready to bring their skills to Blue Compass RV and grow their careers with a nationwide organization.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have professional RV repair and service experience
• Have experience diagnosing electrical plumbing HVAC appliance slide-out roofing structural or other RV systems
• Are skilled at troubleshooting and completing repairs accurately and efficiently
• Understand how to manage repair orders and work in a production-based environment
• Take pride in quality workmanship and strong productivity
• Are dependable safety-minded and committed to providing excellent service
• Can work independently while also contributing to a team environment
• Hold RVTI manufacturer or other relevant technical certifications

Experienced technicians from related industries are also encouraged to attend including professionals with backgrounds in:

• Automotive or diesel repair
• Electrical systems
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Carpentry or construction
• Appliance repair
• Mechanical or general maintenance
