Job Title: RSA Archer GRC Security Analyst -15 years Exp

Location: Austin TX (Onsite -Local candidates only )

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Design implement configure and maintain RSA Archer solutions
Support Assessment & Authorization (A&A) initiatives
Manage Controls Assurance Program Management solutions
Support Issues Management modules and workflows
Develop and support custom Archer applications
Build and maintain system integrations within enterprise environments
Gather and analyze business and functional requirements
Translate requirements into technical solution designs and configuration specifications
Create user stories and implementation plans
Configure Archer questionnaires surveys forms and data fields
Develop workflows approvals calculations and data relationships
Configure access controls and role-based permissions
Manage automated data feeds and imports
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services for enterprise connectivity
Integrate Archer with ServiceNow ITSM CMDB and other enterprise platforms
Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript and jQuery
Implement validations and dynamic behaviors within Archer applications
Produce technical documentation including system design configuration documents integration specifications testing plans and change requests
Maintain process transformation artifacts and project management documentation
Utilize project management and tracking tools to monitor risks milestones and deliverables
Follow change management and release management governance processes
Troubleshoot Archer application issues and perform defect resolution
Optimize Archer application performance and stability
Provide end-user training knowledge transfer and solution walkthroughs
Collaborate with Information Security Risk Compliance Privacy IT and business stakeholders
Support mission-critical enterprise GRC operations
Work independently on highly complex technical assignments
Ensure solutions align with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
Strong understanding of GRC processes risk management and compliance programs
Experience with security frameworks including NIST ISO 27001 SOC and regulatory compliance standards
Strong understanding of security control assurance methodologies
Expert knowledge of RSA Archer platform architecture and data models
Expertise in Archer workflow design and application configuration
Strong experience with REST APIs and web services integrations
Strong documentation analytical and communication skills
Experience working within structured change-controlled enterprise environments
Experience supporting large enterprise or government GRC implementations preferred
Prior experience within information security risk management or compliance teams preferred
Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment security review

Required Certification:
Archer Certified Professional (ACP)
OR
Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator Expert Certification

Preferred Experience:
Experience supporting enterprise or government GRC implementations
Experience integrating RSA Archer with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
Familiarity with NIST ISO 27001 SOC and regulatory compliance programs
