The Role: More Than Just a Job
As an Overnight Fryer Technician you are a mobile specialist. Youll operate a custom Filta service vehicle heading out when the kitchens close to perform our signature FiltaFry service:

• Advanced Filtration: Use our specialized vacuum system to filter cooking oil at a micro-level extending its life and helping our clients stay eco-friendly.
  
• Deep Management: Perform high-suction cleaning of deep fryers removing carbon buildup and ensuring the equipment is inspection-ready for the morning shift.
  
• Total Autonomy: Youll manage your own route across Augusta and the surrounding areas working independently with little supervision.
  
• Professional Impact: You are the face of Filta ensuring safety and sustainability for restaurants hospitals and sporting venues.

What You Bring to the Table

• Reliability: Youre a night owl who is ON TIME for appointments and can manage a schedule effectively.
  
• The Essentials: You must have a valid Drivers License (not a permit) and a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  
• Physicality: Youre comfortable being on your feet and can safely lift up to 75 lbs.
  
• Communication: You can relay info back to the main office and keep our Augusta clients happy.
  
• Flexibility: Youre ready for the overnight/early morning lifestyle including some weekends.
