Job Title: Route Sales Tech
Location: Oxnard CA
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Route Sales - Water Filtration Technician to join our this role you will drive to current customers homes test water quality and replace filters as needed. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our top-of-the-line filtration equipment and maintenance programs. Here are some of your duties:
- Drive to customer homes to test water and replace filters.
- Provide top-notch customer service ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and service filtration equipment.
- Follow a daily schedule and route provided to you starting your day from home.
- Accurately document services performed and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
What you need to bring:
- Must be a team player.
- Friendly punctual and dependable.
- Plumbing experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided and paid.
- Ability to drive extensively; must be comfortable with a job that requires a lot of driving.
- Must be 25 years or older with a clean driving record.

Compensation:
- Industry-leading salary of $40000.00 w/ commission OTE at $100000.00 per year.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position.
- Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Required Skills:
What we are looking for: Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience. Ability to complete 1-2 installs per day. Reliable truck or van for transportation to job sites. Knowledge in various plumbing applications. Motivated proactive and eager to learn. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
