If youre driven relationship-focused and excited to grow your territory while earning competitive pay and great benefits this is the role for Rate: $48.00 commission plus mileage reimbursement POSITION SUMMARY: Bulk Sales Representatives are responsible for the direct sale and marketing of the Companys products packages and promotional and other marketing programs directly to actual and prospective customers at accounts in their assigned sales area. They are also responsible for executing other special activities developed by the Company. Employees in these positions work in the field and visit accounts and prospective accounts directly to meet with customers. Employees are expected to achieve their designated sales goals for all corporate brands in their assigned RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibility of this position to make direct sales to customers and prospective customers at their business locations. While specific duties may vary by customer employees are expected to perform the following duties in connection with their primary responsibility of outside sales:Meet directly with responsible customer employees at their business locations to drive outside sales revenue and growth and increase distribution of National Brands in assigned assigned sales area by constantly prospecting for new accounts through outside sales a sales plan for each outside sales call to reach volume and distribution goals as defined by the Companys objections from customers and prospective customers and have action plan to all sales calls on assigned days; work to minimize customer phone efficient service and merchandising (as appropriate) to all accounts that will enhance the image of all corporate brands with consumers and retail your products and promotional that all product in the account is saleable and in or increase shelf facings for all brand and products according to company and maintain secondary displays or wings for all promotional distribution of all authorized product on every visit to your problems and competitive activity on your route and communicate to you immediate Company guidelines or policies acting immediately when expected on product complaints or major recall up on special dealer requests Grand Opening banner requests vending department of anticipated or known customer closings in ample time to retrieve voice mail messages twice each day and act with urgency on customers a strong working relationship with all key personnel in your complete all new account forms and submit daily with appropriate state tax exempt forms. Maintain accurate sales book entries submit all required paperwork in a timely manner and properly all assigned company property and/or equipment in a clean condition. Report any malfunctions other job-related duties as EDUCATION CERTIFICATION: Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certification and two years successful sales and/or customer contact equipment including but not limited to computer phone fax machine copier and equipment pallet jacks hand Office including Word and WORKING CONDITIONS:The following environmental/atmospheric working conditions are commonly but not always associated with the performance of this position.
