EnerStar Solutions is hiring rotational field technicians to support communications systems across multiple job sites. This role is ideal for candidates in Texas who are open to traveling on a rotational schedule and working in the field.
What to Expect
- Travel based role supporting active job sites across multiple states
- Rotation schedule with extended time on site followed by time off
- Hands on work installing Starlink LTE and camera systems
- Work alongside experienced field technicians and develop technical skills
What You Will Do
- Install and maintain communications equipment
- Support network connectivity and remote monitoring systems
- Assist with equipment setup troubleshooting and site operations
- Work in outdoor environments with a focus on safety

Requirements
- Willingness to travel and work rotational schedules; per diem pay
- Mechanical or technical aptitude
