A little about this position:

• The Rooms Division Manager oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of three properties which encompasses the Front Desk Housekeeping Maintenance and HOA Property Management.
• Assuming the responsibilities of the General Manager when the GM is unavailable.
• This role holds accountability for achieving financial targets ensuring employee satisfaction and performance and maintaining high guest service standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel/resort management with at least three (3) years in a leadership role within the rooms division.
• Strong knowledge of front office housekeeping and reservations operations.
• California Association of Community Managers (CACM) Certifications preferred.
• Proficient Spanish speaking is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in the hospitality industry and direct guest service organizations.
• Strong working knowledge of business software with emphasis on MS Excel Word PowerPoint and Visual One.
• Professional demeanor attitude and appearance.
• Strong work ethic.
• Flexible with work schedules working on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests employees and management.
• Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines.
• Ability to solve problems using good judgment and doing what is best for the customer while adhering to hotel policy.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills.

Pay: $75601.32 - $80213.49 per year
