What Youll Do

• Deliver prompt polished in-room dining service with attention to presentation
• Answer menu questions and provide knowledgeable recommendations by phone
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and verify guest identification
• Maintain sanitation safety and cleanliness standards throughout service
• Provide friendly professional interaction with guests and team members

• Comfortable navigating guest floors carrying trays or items and working in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent experience or training required.
• Previous experience in hospitality food service or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with basic food handling & sanitation practices.
• High volume and/or fine dining experience preferred.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
• Able to carry pull push weight up to 40 pounds with or without assistance.
• Availability to work nights weekends and holidays as needed.
