L&L Roofing Systems is a commercial roofing company based in Clymer PA serving businesses throughout Western Pennsylvania and Southern Ohio. We specialize in commercial roofing systems with a focus on flat roofs and liquid-applied Conklin Roofing Systems. As a faith-based company we are committed to trust confidence quality compassion humility and serving others well.

What Youll Do as a Roofing Technician:

• Install commercial roofing systems on primarily flat and industrial roofs including liquid coatings and fabric-reinforced systems.
• Spray polyurethane foam and apply protective roof coatings using applicators and spraying equipment.
• Lay and repair PVC roofing membranes to help deliver durable high-quality results.
• Inspect roofs for leaks damage and areas requiring repair and prepare surfaces by cleaning removing debris and completing minor repairs.
• Measure cut position and secure roofing materials using hand tools power tools and specialized roofing equipment.
• Transport & Maintain tools equipment and materials while driving a company truck and trailer to job sites keeping vehicles and work areas clean and organized and helping the crew keep projects on schedule.
• Follow OSHA requirements fall-protection practices and our company safety procedures while working on rooftops and climbing ladders.

• Teachable: Willing to learn new roofing and construction skills receive feedback and continue developing your abilities.
• Safety-Conscious: Comfortable working at heights climbing ladders using roofing tools and equipment and lifting up to 80 lbs. while following required safety practices.
• Qualified Driver: You have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record for the past five years.
• Construction Experience: Previous experience in construction or a similar hands-on field is preferred but not requiredwe are willing to train someone eager to learn.
• Team-Oriented: You work well alongside others and share our commitment to quality humility excellence and serving others well.

• Pay Range: $20-$25/hour DOE paid biweekly
