Traveling Roofing Service Technician
Description:
We are searching for an experienced Roofing Service Technician/Inspector to join our this role you will be responsible for performing service work on multifamily and commercial properties and conducting complete roof inspections including steep slope roofs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on roofing systems.
- Conduct thorough and complete roof inspections to identify leaks and common deficiencies. As well as locating leaks during some inspections.
- Set up and climb ladders(up to 40 feet) safely by yourself on occasion; familiarity with operating man lifts is not required but appreciated.
- Travel throughout the United States approximately 85% of the time preferably residing within 30 miles of a major airport no more than 60.
- Utilize roofing software applications (experience in particular with CenterPoint FCS etc. is a plus).
- Maintain effective communication with clients and team members through email texts phone calls and apps.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of field experience in Roofing. Exterior repairs such as siding gutters windows and doors are preferred.
- A prime candidate for this position should have a strong background in ROOF maintenance general repair and construction.
- A valid Drivers License is required.
- Proficient with smartphones for operational software and generally tech savvy with email and the internet.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; fluency in English is required.
- GED or high school diploma preferred.
- The ability to proficiently read a write is required.

Compensation: $24.00 - $32.75 per hour
