Roofing Sales & Project Manager – Door-to-Door

Join a $70M roofing brand thats been named a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the U.S. Shamrock Roofing & Construction is growing across the Midwest and South and we need a motivated coachable go-getter to represent us in Tulsa as a Roofing Sales Project Manager.

This is hands-on door-to-door sales work youll knock doors inspect roofs and close deals then personally manage each project through to completion. Some leads are company-provided but you should expect to self-generate a good portion of your pipeline. Its a year-round career not a seasonal gig.

Responsibilities:

• Canvass neighborhoods and follow up on referrals or storm-related leads
• Inspect roofing gutters and siding; walk homeowners through findings and options
• Write present and close contracts
• Collect payment and oversee the job from contract to completion

Requirements:

What were looking for:

• 18 years old with a valid drivers license (21 with a clean MVR if youd like access to a company truck)
• Reliable transportation and your own cell phone
• Physically able to climb a ladder walk a roof and lift 50 lbs
• Disciplined self-motivated and comfortable with outside/D2D sales
• Solid communicator who can juggle several active projects at once
