What Youll Do:

• Recruit hire and train a high-performing team of roofing professionals
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies in the NWA area
• Ensure exceptional customer service and quality workmanship standards
• Manage team performance safety protocols and professional development
• Build relationships with local suppliers contractors and community leaders

Requirements:
