Assembly qualifications and requirementsinclude:

High School Diploma/GED and 2 years ina mechanical maintenance or machining trade school OR

equivalent Associates Degree and 3years of experience in a durable goods assembly OR

manufacturing environment; or 5 yearsof experience in a durable goods assembly or manufacturing environment.

Experience in complex assemblyprocesses.

Experience in manual tasks such asfinishing deburring and completing assemblies.

Strong quality awareness and a highsense of responsibility.

Ability to work overtime as needed.

CNC qualifications and requirements include:

Entry level lineboring:Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator or acomparable qualification or a U.S. equivalent such as a mechanical ormachining trade school certificate an Associates Degree or relevant hands-onexperience in a machining environment

Direct work as CNC Operator on theB&W machines:Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanicspecializing in production technology or a comparable 3.5-year apprenticeshipin a metalworking profession or 2 years of trade school or an equivalentAssociates Degree or 3 years of experience in a heavy-duty machiningenvironment; several years of experience operating NC-controlled machiningcenters; and knowledge of Sinumerik One control system

All levels:Strong qualityawareness and a high sense of responsibility; physically resilient reliableand committed; willingness to work shifts and occasional weekends; and theability to work overtime as needed

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic tool mechanic OR
• A comparable 3.5-year technical apprenticeship in a metalworking field; OR
• Completion of an apprenticeship or training program OR
• 3 years of experience in mechanical electrical or industrial tooling in a heavy-duty machining environment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Tool Management Technician qualifications and requirementsinclude:

• High School Diploma/GED and completion of an apprenticeship or training program or 3 years of previous experience in mechanical electrical or industrial tooling management in a heavy-duty machining environment.
• Shift: Off-Shift hours are 7:30pm to 6:00am Monday night through Thursday night.
• Ability to work overtime as needed
