What Youll Do:
- Provide supports consistent with what is needed for the person and authorized for Mainsl to provide (this may include dressing bathing responding to behavioral situations coaching through difficult situations etc.
- Support in transportation of varying activities important to the person as well as attend medical appointments as needed
- Maintain safe clean and welcoming living environments (including laundry housekeeping and meal preparation).
- Teach valuable skillsfrom financial management to communication.
- Be asource of companionship guidance and advocacy.
- Document care accurately to ensure accurate medical records
- Complete and stay up to date on all trainings that are assigned
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team on service plans
Location: Rochester MN
Shifts: Weekends
Wage: $19.00/hour
What Were Looking For:
- A passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A valid US drivers license and reliable transportation with insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check through DHS.
