Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Robotics Engineer to support the design integration maintenance and continuous improvement of automated systems within our manufacturing operations. This role will focus on optimizing production efficiency improving safety and supporting new equipment installations across our facility.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Design program and troubleshoot robotic systems including industrial robotics cobots and automated tooling.
Lead integration projects for new robotic cells conveyors end-of-arm tooling and machine vision systems.
Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions on automation-related downtime.
Support plant engineering teams with continuous improvement initiatives to improve cycle time quality and throughput.
Create and maintain documentation: schematics preventive maintenance plans and programming standards.
Train maintenance and production staff on robotic system operation and safety procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production Quality Maintenance and Safety) on automation upgrades.
Ensure compliance with OSHA MIOSHA and company safety standards.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelors degree in Robotics Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics or related field.
2 years of experience working with industrial robotics (e.g. UNIVERSAL FANUC ABB KUKA).
Proficiency in robot programming troubleshooting and integration.
Strong understanding of PLCs sensors and automation controls.
Experience with CAD software and reading mechanical/electrical schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of machine vision systems (Cognex Keyence).
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 data collection and smart factory automation.
