Total Rewards & Pay-Full-time team members are eligible for:
Base pay: $20.00-$23.88 per hour based on qualifications and experience
3rd shift differential: $2.00 per hour for hours worked on 3rd shift

What Youll Do
Operate andmonitorwelding robots throughout production
Set up and tear down jobs by loading and unloading fixtures and parts
Perform visual quality inspections of parts and completed welds
Remove weld spatter using a chisel or grinder as needed
Tag completed rework jobs appropriately
Complete daily equipment inspections
Report material shortages or quality concerns to your Lead or Supervisor
Safelyoperatea hoist to position parts
Perform other duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
Detail-oriented with strong mechanical aptitude
Punctual and dependable
Commitment to working safely
Ability to read understand and follow safety procedures work instructions and production documentation in English
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Welding and/or robotics experience
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Frequentlylift upto 30lbsand occasionally up to 50lbs
Push and pull up to 30lbs
Walk stand bend twist turn and reach overhead throughout the shift
Safelyoperatea hoist
Exposure to repetitive motion dust vibration hazardous chemicals welding fumes ozone and infrared/ultraviolet light
Noisy environment; ear protection
